Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept any returns.
Refunds
We will only consider refunds where you can provide sufficient proof that the goods received by you were spoiled.
Should you wish to request a refund, just follow these steps:
- Take a Photo: Snap a clear photo of the spoilt goods.
- Email Us: Send an email us at info@nibblebakes.co.za with the photo and a brief description of the issue.
- Include Details: Make sure to include your order number and proof of delivery.
We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Delivery
Our third party delivery agent is The Courier Guy. Please note that we are not liable for any damages to the goods due to the mishandling of the product during the delivery process.
